Below is a list every question I could think of that has been asked by a previous or potential client within the past few years.

How do I submit an inquiry?

As of January 2021, I will be limiting the number of clients I take in per month. I will update the site when I am accepting and not accepting clients.

To inquire about my services, check out the graphics page and for a custom quote, shoot me an email. Don’t forget to include these details:

  • Brand Name & Industry
  • Service(s) Needed
  • Budget
  • Desired Start Date & Deadline (if applicable)

Can I get a refund?

All payments are final and contractually binding. There are absolutely no refunds.

What happens if I do not like the work you've done?

To avoid this, I provide 2-3 revision rounds, per service, to allow for client edits. I’ll do my best to make sure things are beyond your liking; however, if I start to feel like you’ll never be satisfied, I reserve the right to cancel your project and no refund will be applied.

I already have a logo/website, can you make a few changes?

This usually means you do not have the right files which means I cannot make any changes. I will have to redesign your logo or website so you’re better off starting from scratch.

No designer likes to work over someone else’s work either. It’s rude.. just a little.

I've reached out and have yet to receive a response, what's going on?

I try my best to respond to all emails within 24 hours. However, if you’ve reached out outside of my business hours (Monday – Friday, 11am-5pm), you’ll receive a response the following business day.

Emails are responded to in the order of importance and time of delivery.

Keep in mind, I’m closed on the weekends, holidays, and my birthday, January 14th.

I need my design done tomorrow!

I am usually booked up and last-minute rush jobs can be a headache. As of now, I am only accepting rush jobs for an additional $300 plus your quote.

Can I call you?

Email is my main source of communication. This is so both, you and I, can have a legal record of the entire transaction. However, if you feel a phone call will work best for you upon starting your project, you can book one here.

Can I make changes to my order once it's placed?

You’re welcome to make changes to your order; however, you will not receive a refund of any kind.

If your changes are drastic and/or completely changes the trajectory of your project, an additional fee may apply.

What platforms do you use?

For graphics, I use Adobe suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, etc.) and for websites, I use WordPress and Wix.

What is website hosting and why isn't it included?

In the simpliest way, hosting is what makes your website visible on the internet. Each and every website online has a host. Another way to think about hosting is like this: the host provider is the landlord, your domain name is your site’s address, and your website’s content lives on a server that is owned by the host provider.

Hosting is priced separately, outside of all web design quotes provided, unless stated otherwise.
